Exchange and Return of Zero Ka Products

1. Right to Repent:

According to the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, the customer has the right to regret the purchase within up to 7 calendar days from receipt of the product, when the purchase is made outside the commercial establishment (online purchases, by telephone , etc.). In this case, the customer can request the return of the product without needing to justify the reason, receiving a full refund, including shipping costs.

2. Manufacturing Defects:

If the Zero Ka product presents any manufacturing defect within the stipulated warranty period, which is established by Brazilian legislation and is generally 90 days for durable products, the customer has the right to exchange, repair or refund the amount paid, in accordance with with consumer choice.

3. Return due to Purchase Cancelation:

If the customer withdraws from the purchase within the period established by the store, generally 30 days from the date of receipt of the product, it is possible to request a return. The product must be in the same condition as it was delivered, with all accessories and original packaging.

4. Procedure for Exchange or Return:

The customer must contact Zero Ka customer support to begin the exchange or return process. A specific procedure for returning the product will be provided, which generally involves generating a postage code for shipping at no additional cost.

To replace the filter unit, simply:

• Unscrew the filter housing using the wrench that comes with your Zero Ka System.
• Throw the old, saturated filter unit in the trash.
• Place two new filter units inside each housing.
• Add a liter of water inside each carcass to help seal it.
• Screw it in using the wrench and that's it. System ready to use!

You will know the right time for the new change by indicating the digital analyzer that measures the level of water purification. This analyzer provides the degree of purity measured using an electrode that reads the content of mineral salts present in the water. From 0 to 10 ppm, the water is in optimal condition for use. At 10 to 15 ppm, you need to pay attention. Now, when the digital analyzer reads 20 or close to it, you need to change the filter unit.
